They have been an absolute headache from start to finish.
We switched to nbn..i primus have theur own router which is incompatible with everything else . So when i first signed up, i had to apply 3 times, they also read the terms and conditions to me like 20 times and i also requested the bill to be sent via "postage" (in the mail) they never sent me the bill after multiple requests for it to be sent via the mail. I got one bill sent to my email address, but as i requested "multiple times" for it to be sent on a piece of paper they never did it....
They hooked us up without suppkying said router, hence we were without internet for several days. So they ended up disconnecting me and accusing me of never paying the bill. Within the first month after they charged me for the first bill, they already applied the second bill on my statement.
Tried to also charge me twice in one month for the first month. Their support team is useless and never listen to you they also try to get you to sign up an extra $20 a month for their crappy "set top box" every time you call them without a doubt. I received unsolicited call from this company, telling m thy were contacting m on behalf of the government, saying that we would not be getting NBN for 3 years. Later in conversation she mentioned 2 year I referred her back to the 1 year.
Money hungry pigs don't even know how to send a letter in the mail. She was very aggressive and would not listen, so I told her I was going to hung up and did so, only to have her ring back. Long story short it ended up a 2 year while I still thought it was one. ADSL1 or 2 - Could not be provided because the property was apparently NBN ready.

I have received a call from iprimus that me that they had an authorised order for the nbn to be contacted. You have to wait indefinitely for someone to answer your call. We let them know this after our first appointment when we had our first appointment.
I am so annoyed because of your deceitful telemarketing I would have nbn. Then they said i have to pay 0 and sign up for another 2 years when i still have 10 months left on this contract, or pay a furthure 5, then they said, ok will email you the legel stuff for you to read Mam, after a very intense phone conversation with people who don't speak English i hang up, then they phone me back, we have the wrong address she says, SO they have my name and birthday on some one elses address???? Absolutely disgusted- if you actually want an internet service provider- go elsewhere- to someone who will do what they say and try their hardest to actually provide the service that they have guaranteed. I cannot express how terrible this company is from their customer service to their lack of connection and the money they try and charge.
I Told her I was in the middle of aging my dinner and she did not seem to care. After yelling to listen to me she finally stopped talking. Then because I did not want to give my bank details had to pay a surcharge. 6 appointments and not a single NBN technician capable of installing fiber- And now I am cancelling my contract.
